Our express refinance service includes, but not limited to, prepare escrow instructions according to clients’ and lender’s requirements, request preliminary title reports, order payoff demands and /or beneficiary statements, receive additional demands / bills from vendors, comply with all lender’s Instructions to ensure accurate closing, account for all monies due and payable, prepare documents for final closing, prepare estimated closing statements, secure release of contingencies and conditions, record deeds and other applicable documents, disburse funds to all parties involved, prepare and disseminate final settlement statements.

Express Resale

Our express resale service includes, but not limited to, prepare escrow instructions according to the purchase contract and any other special instructions from the principals and their agents, request preliminary title reports, order payoff demands and /or beneficiary statements, receive additional demands / bills from vendors, comply with all lender’s Instructions to ensure accurate closing, receive purchase money, account for all monies due and payable, prepare documents for final closing, prepare estimated closing statements, secure release of contingencies and conditions, record deeds and other applicable documents, disburse funds to all parties involved, prepare and disseminate final settlement statements.
